Job Description
We are looking for a Video Editor/Motion Designer who can create awesome, visually engaging product videos (demo videos, product feature videos, tutorial videos) for www.maker.co.

• Social Media Video Creation:
◦ Conceptualise, create and edit engaging social media videos tailored for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
◦ Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• B2B and Personal Branding Videos:
◦ Develop professional yet engaging video content for Maker’s B2B campaigns.
◦ Assist in crafting personal branding videos for leadership and team members to amplify Maker’s voice.
• Post-Production Expertise:
◦ Edit videos with a sharp eye for detail using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
◦ Add motion graphics, animations, and effects that enhance storytelling.
• Portfolio Development:
◦ Present a portfolio that highlights expertise in creating visually compelling and trend-oriented videos.

Requirements
• Proven experience in creating impactful web app demo videos, tutorial videos, and social media videos (a strong portfolio is essential).
• Knowledge of what works best in social media: trends, platform-specific strategies, and aesthetic sense.
• Exposure to B2B content creation is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma or similar post-production software.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
