InDesign Layout / Graphic Artist / Photoshop / Illustrator

Looking for an experienced, quick to conceptualize graphic designer with good aesthetic eye and competency to ultimately layout graphics and text in InDesign. Local political candidate items. We have an idea for direction. Brief and Scratch available for someone to take the vision and make it reality. Would like to work hourly – in US / West Coast preferable but not absolute. Will need to complete with final project elements/CC files and gathers so we can manipulate as campaign progresses. Print elements include door hangers, flyers, business cards, yards signs and RGB social media and email elements. Signed NDA required. Would like to see portfolio link.
