Project Coordinator – Arabic-Speaking
Role Summary
The Project Coordinator will oversee daily coordination of MAF project activities, liaising with local partners, clinical experts, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of training content.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and communication across project partners.
Manage logistics for filming, post-production, and training roll-out.
Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and reporting tools.
Provide Arabic-English translation support for training materials and communications.
Support feedback collection and continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project coordination (health, education, or media sectors).
Fluent Arabic; strong English communication and writing skills.
Proven experience working with NGOs, academic, or media partners.
Understanding of Syrian healthcare or training landscape an asset.
