are looking for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud contract position. Below are the details.
Requirement – Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
Experience – 3-4 years
Contract Period – 5 months (contract can be extended if performance is good)
– Atleast 3 projects implementation
Mandatory Certification:
– Salesforce Admin
– Salesforce PD1
– Salesforce Service Cloud consultant
– Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant
Skills:
Must have Hands on Customization – Lightning LWC , Lightning AURA, APEX,Visual Force,Triggers,Batch,Schedule Apex ,VF Components,Test Class
Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Flows, Process builder, Workflows, Validations,Approval Process etc Security Model,Data Model
Experience with Salesforce platform, Sales cloud, opportunity management, products, forecasting
Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Chatter, Force.com Sites, and understanding web services API
Very good hands on experience of Service Cloud product features like Lightning Service Console, Case Management, social customer service, automation with macros,Asset & order management, Entitlement and Milestone, Live chat, Omnichannel and CTI
Hands-on experience in Integrating with REST and SOAP based Web Services
A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits
experience working in an Agile project
Responsibilities :
– Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
– Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
– Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
– Perform Impact analysis
– Must perform configuration and customization
– configure & customize – web to case, email to case
– Build List views, Reports, dashboards
– Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination: Coordinate with Development/Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project
