HIRING: Apple Motion Expert for Custom FCP Rigged Graphics Package

Hi Creative COW community,

I am looking to hire a specialized Apple Motion expert to build a custom, reusable broadcast graphics package for a fast-paced, remote video podcast.

What Needs to Be Done
The core task involves translating 2D brand designs into a functional, editable broadcast package. You will be building a suite of custom on-screen assets—such as multi-box layouts, dynamic tracking graphics, and nameplates—and rigging them for ultimate flexibility.

Our editing team must be able to seamlessly adjust text, drop zones, active/inactive highlight states, and timers directly within the Final Cut Pro inspector.

The Technical Requirement: I do not need traditional animation, After Effects project files, or pre-rendered .mov files. I strictly need fully rigged Apple Final Cut Pro Titles and Generators (.moti / .motn). Everything must be built natively in Apple Motion. The final deliverables must function exactly like premium commercial plugins you would buy from high-end developers.

Who I Am Looking For
I need a specialist, not a general motion graphics animator. The ideal candidate:

Lives and breathes Apple Motion and Final Cut Pro architecture.
Understands how to build and rig complex templates with published parameters.
Has experience creating “plug-and-play” assets that video editors can easily use and modify without ever needing to open Motion. Is highly technical, detail-oriented, and focused on creating organized, bug-free backend project files.
Thinks like a software or plugin developer, anticipating exactly how an end-user will interact with the graphic in the inspector.
