Video Editor + Motion Designer (Remote | PT | 6 months)

A Washington, DC-based strategic messaging firm is looking to engage an experienced Video Editor/Motion Designer in a part-time, remote, temporary role. We expect the workload to be at least 20 hours/week, but there may be weeks during which the firm is seeking up to 30 hours of support. We are interested in hearing from experienced Video Editors/Motion Designers who are seeking consistent work anywhere in the 20 to 30 hours/week timeframe.

We’re looking for someone to start work in September or possibly early October 2026 and continue for at least six months. Also, there is the potential for the working relationship to continue well beyond six months.

Applicants should be able to offer regular dayside availability. However, the person in this role will not be locked into specific working hours. This is an ideal opportunity for a full-time freelancer who is committed to supporting their own clients between 9am and 5pm each day, and is looking to add one more highly active client to their workflow.
