Remote Post-Production Project Manager (AE / 3D / Editorial)

We are a lean creative studio seeking a proactive Post-Production Project Manager to coordinate ongoing video and web projects across a distributed creative bench.

Our work includes strategic communications supporting U.S. Department of Defense and national security initiatives. Comfort with that subject matter is required.

This is a core missing function on our team. We need someone who understands production workflows and can actively track moving parts without waiting to be directed.

You will coordinate across:

• After Effects motion designers
• Premiere editors
• 3D artists
• Web deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Track timelines across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage version control between Premiere and After Effects
• Coordinate 3D dependencies and handoffs
• Proactively follow up with creatives to keep deadlines intact
• Anticipate bottlenecks and flag risks early
• Maintain organized tracking systems

Ideal Background:

• Post-production coordinator, post supervisor, or production manager
• Comfortable inside AE / Premiere workflows
• Experience managing multiple creatives at once
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable working in defense-adjacent environments

Structure:

• Remote
• Contractor
• Ongoing engagement
• 25–35 hrs/week to start (potentially scaling)
