Everpost / Nurture Digital, a Los Angeles-based commercial production and post-production company featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Adweek, and Ad Age, is expanding its team internationally. We’re looking for a Creative Director to work remotely (home-based) and help oversee the development and production of our online video and broadcast commercial campaigns.

We’re looking for candidates with deep experience in film production and post-production, with exceptional writing ability, and who have succeeded in prior leadership roles. Time spent in creative roles at other production houses, agencies or brand marketing teams will be valuable.

You’ll help ensure the highest quality of every deliverable by building, training and leading a strong creative team and guiding the direction of important creative projects. You’ll also help us shape a new tech-enabled post-production platform we’re developing.

Interested candidates should possess:

A strong, reliable internet connection.
A demonstrated expertise in design and post-production programs like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Vegas Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
A drive to push the creative excellence of every project, big and small, in every detail of post-production -- and an unrelenting desire to defend the integrity of that creative. Your ability to persuade clients through charm and well-articulated reasoning will be invaluable in this role.
Experience working with internal production teams and freelancers to execute multiple campaigns on tight deadlines, efficiently and with a high degree of organization.
A strong portfolio of advertising work.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of a team of editors, designers, animators, colorists, and sound designers.
Set and oversee course for creative projects, ensuring client objectives are met and directing writers, designers, editors, and animators toward the same endpoint.
Be the final eye and gatekeeper of excellence on all work going to clients.
Help develop a learning platform for filmmakers.
Create, develop, launch and promote ad campaigns for our burgeoning post-production service.
Define project scopes, write proposals, and help generate production budgets and timelines.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they love every aspect of their collaborations with us.
Help develop our case studies and update our site and social platforms with new work.
