Job Description

Straight To Tell is currently looking to hire an experienced Harmony Animator for Season 2 of an animated PSA series called Drunken Rewind. You can view episodes of Season 1 at

Production is set to run from 09/2019 - 05/2020. Remote work available but on site preferred (Atlanta, GA)

Drunken Rewind is an animated PSA series about the dangers of binge drinking. The story is told through the perspective of frequent binge-drinker Doug, who gets himself into a variety of absurd situations through his lack of alcohol awareness. His “Ghost of Hungover Future” appears to advise him on how to avoid these situations and practice safe drinking through “rewinding” to the night before. The content can be immature, gross, and masculine, but our goal is to present fact based information in an engaging format. It’s lowbrow art with a message!

Create 2D character poses and animation for broadcast-quality content in a purely digital platform
Adhere to storyboards to ensure continuity of animation from scene to scene
Work alongside Animation Director and Project Manager to hit deadlines and implement notes/feedback

2 years industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony (comfortable working with rig-based animation and deformation, in-depth understanding of node view) and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of animation principles, acting, staging, posing, weight and timing, as well as sense of design
Excellent multitasking, problem solving and time management skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, willing to take and follow direction
