Job Description
The Studio Manager role combines client/craft services and front of house office management. This is an integral role within our company as you are the face of the company to clients entering our studio. Problem solving abilities are a must as well as the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a path into producing and project management.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

Client care duties
* Welcoming clients and other visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
* Tracking our clients names, positions and contacts while working to build relationships
* Other duties as requested by the Executive Producer, Artists, Sales, and Marketing
* Prepares meeting space for client visits
* Be available for any last minute client requests
* Ensure client areas are well stocked and presentable
* Allow for adjustments in your daily schedule based on client bookings and needs

Operations/Admin Duties
* Perform opening and closing procedures daily
* Provide reception/front desk duties.
* Reception/front desk duties include: receiving and directing incoming phone calls, accepting and sending courier packages, ordering office supplies, photocopying and faxing,
* Scheduling artists and sessions with clients.
* Arranging travel (e.g. ordering taxis)
* Liaise with external vendors (e.g. building management, caterers, etc.)
* Event planning for parties.
* Assist with the Health and Safety initiatives (e.g. contact building management to inform them of any outstanding building issues)
* Oversees current key fob system
* Oversee office petty cash and expense reports
* Regular inspection of space cleanliness
* Help with Studio Production scheduling and timelines - assigning daily tasks, delegating and prioritizing work.

Client/Office service duties
* Organizing beverages/craft service for clients.
* Setting up refreshments and snacks for artist sessions.
* Ordering meals for clients and tracking these expenses in the accounting system.
* Oversee the craft service budget - ordering, price checking, keeping within budget constraints.
* Unloading of clean dishes in the morning and loading of dirty dishes throughout the day.
* Fridge cleaning on a monthly basis.
* Stocking of kitchen supplies (e.g. milk, cream, sugars, tea, etc.)
* General kitchen cleaning (e.g. counter cleaning, microwave, toasters etc.)
* Maintain office supplies
* Keep Reception area, kitchenette and boardroom clean and free of clutter at all times
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
2+ years of previous experience required
* Energetic and outgoing personality
* Professional and friendly phone manner
* Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
* Candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced creative team environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
* Excellent computer skills: G-Suite, Docs, Sheets, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
* Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting
