Job Description
This opening is for a full time Audiovisual Engineer position in a military contracted service corporation, dealing with military training and support on Fort Campbell, KY.

Candidate will be assisting in script writing, directing, producing, filming, editing, creating motion graphics, 3D modeling/animating, and other production tasks associated with multimedia support.
Must be self-motivated, talented, enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a well-rounded understanding of photo/video/3D production processes.

Interviewee should be prepared to complete a sample project representative of our work prior to the in-person interview.

Essential Job Functions:

Pre-production Workflow
Coordinate with project officers to develop scripts/storyboards
Identify individuals to be filmed/locations for filming
Identify/research/recommend required production equipment and resources
Production Workflow
Directing/setup/photography/videography/audio recording
Assist in obtaining model releases from persons on camera
3D modeling
Post-production Workflow
Photo/video/3D editing/rendering/distributing
Develop visual effects/motion graphics
Sound design


Minimum of three years’ experience in multimedia production (Must provide a demo reel for consideration)
Expert abilities with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Cinema 4D
Working knowledge of DSLR photography/videography and production workflows (knowledge of 3D workflow a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or certification in video/film production or related multimedia field

Manage projects within a given deadline
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish professional relationships
Must be willing to fly and work in US Army aircraft
Must be a US citizen
Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance before employment is finalized

Physical Requirements:

Maintain strict dress code/grooming policy
Pass an Army swim test and water survival course
Obtain and maintain an FAA 3rd class flight physical
Travel at least four weeks annually
Sit for extended periods of time
Use computer equipment including keyboard, mouse, and monitor for majority of work day
Regular drug testing

Job Location:

Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This is a full-time on-site work only. Hours can be flexible. No off-site, tele-commuting or freelance work available.
