Job Description
Ubisoft Entertainment, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a temporary mid to senior level Broadcast Producer, with the potential to convert to full-time in three months. This position is in our Integrated Production team within the Ubisoft Creative Services (UCS) group located in San Francisco, CA. UCS specializes in creating TV spots, long format content, and gameplay trailers for the Ubisoft Brand Marketing group. The producer will need to work on-site and travel as necessary. This position reports to the Integrated Production Manager.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background as an advertising agency producer. Experience should include production of live action shoots, CG/animation, gameplay trailers, editing, motion graphics, music and sound design for award-winning campaigns. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as with multiple teams, meet deadlines, deliver projects on budget and have strong project management and technical skills. Experience working in a short turn around environment is a must; familiarity with the video game and entertainment industries is a plus.


• Collaborate with internal Ubisoft creative team, clients, and vendors to produce TVCs, trailers and video projects

• Manage all aspects of production, from concept approval to final delivery

• Manage budgets and expenses; negotiate with and manage vendors

• Create and manage production schedules

• Coordinate asset and information exchange, take meeting notes

• Create/update spreadsheets to track deliverables

• Conduct post mortem reviews and implement changes into our process.


• 6 - 8 years of experience as an Ad Agency producer
• Must have deep knowledge of commercial and content production. Some digital and social experience is a plus.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Detailed orientated, well-organized, highly self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic
• Work independently as well as with others as part of a team
• Ability to get along with a wide range of people and personalities - stay cool under pressure
• Possess excellent problem solving skills; ability to anticipate problems and clearly articulate creative solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of SAG/AFTRA talent rules
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to recognize, identify, and avert any potential legal issues.
• BA degree from a 4-year university/professional school preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, Confluence and JIRA experience is a plus
