Job Description
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Brand Manager/Media Strategist to drive “big picture” creative concepts, brand vision and marketing strategies that embrace multiple platforms to engage and activate our family audiences including children. This position will partner with Programming, Digital Media, Fundraising and Research to support the CBN brand.

This individual must have a proven track record in managing the creative expression and marketing/digital marketing strategies of a leading brand and/or business. This position requires someone that thrives on “change”, and inspires and motivates a multifunctional team with a management approach that embraces innovation, teamwork, collaboration and mentorship.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Solid track record in implementing cohesive branding and marketing strategies integrating multiple platforms
• Expertise in the development of compelling on-air and off-air creative content to drive tune-in, brand awareness, digital product and platform priorities
• Family/Kid entertainment experience highly desirable
• Significant professional experience in a leadership position overseeing a dynamic, diverse creative marketing team
• Deliver a high-volume of creative and marketing assets, on time and on budget
• Ability to develop forward-thinking marketing strategies to enhance the CBN brand position, deepen audience engagement, and drive connection
• Strong dexterity with digital marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• A proven leader who collaborates, motivates, inspires and drives progressive creative and market thinking
• Excellent oral, written and high-level presentations skills
• Experience or knowledge of Adobe analytics, Google Ad Exchange and Double-click for Publishers
• Knowledge of the programmatic landscape is a plus
• Excellent ability to manage and monitor marketing budgets
• Flexible with ability to work across functions and departments to achieve ministry and business goals
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of management
