Cinematographer / Video Editor

We’re looking for an in-house (full-time) cinematographer/editor to join our team.

You’ll shoot, edit, and color everything from ads and brand films to corporate content and streaming series. The styles are just as varied: documentary, narrative, creative product, cinematic, and social.

We’d love to see a strong sense of composition, lighting, pacing, and color, along with the ability to keep projects organized and moving. You’ll work closely with our team, contribute ideas, and help take projects from concept through delivery.

You should be comfortable working with lights large and small, professional cinema cameras, and have strong opinions about lenses.

This is an in-house position based in our Baltimore office, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule.
