The Role
We’re looking for a confident, engaging on-camera content creator to bring our stories to life in
the field.
This is not a traditional behind-the-camera production role, you’ll be the face of our content
and capturing real, human moments as they unfold. Traveling across our countries of operation,
including the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, Brazil, and Thailand, starting with initial projects in
the Philippines and Indonesia and expanding to other locations over time. Working from
storyboards developed by our Senior Creative Manager, you’ll turn creative briefs into
compelling, authentic video narratives.
Your focus is on presence, personality, and storytelling. You should be comfortable stepping
into dynamic environments, connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, and creating
content that feels natural, respectful, and impactful. Editing is handled by our marketing team,
your strength is in being on camera, capturing the right moments, and bringing stories to life in a
way that resonates.
This is a contract, project-based role, ideal for freelance creators, typically part-time for a few
weeks at a time, aligned to specific filming trips and content needs.
What You’ll Do
● Serve as the on-camera host and personality across video content
● Travel primarily to the Philippines and Indonesia for initial projects, with expectation to
support future content needs across Egypt, Brazil, and Thailand.
● Bring storyboards and creative briefs to life through real-world filming
● Conduct informal interviews and interact naturally with local people
● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand
storytelling goals
● Adapt quickly in dynamic, unpredictable environments
What We’re Looking For
● Strong on-camera presence, natural, engaging, and confident
● Ability to connect with people across cultures with empathy and respect
● Creative instinct to turn a brief into compelling visual storytelling
● Comfortable filming in field environments, particularly in areas of high poverty and
plastic pollution including high-poverty or where underserved communities work and live.
● Experience in creating content for social media and or digital platforms
● Ability to self-direct and problem-solve on location
● Portfolio or examples of on-camera work (social channels, reels, YouTube, etc.)
● Clear, fluent English speaker with a warm voice and an, easy-to-understand
accentvoice.
● Professional, mature, reliable, and able to represent the brand well on camerawhile
traveling.
Nice to Have
● Experience creating travel, documentary, social impact, sports, lifestyle, or field-based
content.
● Experience creating mission-driven field content for social impact or sustainability
initiatives.
● Basic camera operation skills (framing, lighting, audio awareness)
● Comfortable using CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar tools for rough cuts.
