Multimedia Manager

The University of Tennessee’s College of Music seeks applicants for its new Multimedia Manager position. This is a highly collaborative role and crucial leader in building the college’s digital video and audio content in support of various purposes such as public-facing recruitment initiatives and social media campaigns, as well as internally developed faculty/student research and projects. This position will have the opportunity to engage in international travel to capture high-impact digital content, including but not limited to ensemble footage, faculty and student performances, and college study abroad opportunities. Under the supervision and mentorship of the Director of Information & Music Technology, this position will also have the professional opportunity to receive training in audio/video live event support, music technology, and technology library administration with the intention of this person ultimately managing these responsibilities. The schedule for this position is flexible and will often include evenings and weekends for both event support and concert/event documentation. This role will be responsible for developing and mentoring a production team of student interns/workers.
