FCP Editor/ MoGraph Artist

Award-Winning Boutique Promo and Motion Graphics House with major entertainment industry clientele seeks a talented all-in-one MoGraph Artist/FCP Editor for our Sherman Oaks, CA office.

Responsibilities include design and creation of motion graphics plus music and video editing (inc VO record and mix). Our perfect candidate can take a project from start to finish, has a great eye and positive attitude with the ability to switch gears or direction with ease; a penchant to be creative within parameters of client deadlines and budget; a vigilance for both technical and aesthetic accuracy; works independently and as a team to solve creative challenges and; responds quickly to direction and notes from company producers or the client. Team players welcome! Pipeline fans need not apply.

Minimum qualifications include: two years hands-on professional experience in both editing and motion graphic design; a passionate attention to detail; ability to work fast and communicate effectively with others; and a demonstrated ability to creatively multi-task while maintaining excellent organizational skills and company project protocols. Proficiency of Final Cut Studio and CS5+ a must; Maya and either ProTools or Soundtrack Pro a plus. Music background a plus.
