Associate Creative Director

A leading Medical Education Agency is seeking a motivated, highly creative individual to work closely with Creative Director to produce quality multimedia medical education programs

Experience Required
5+ Years
Bachelor's Degree

Must be a team player, able to work independently, communicate clearly with internal and external clients, interact with professionals in the corporate setting, manage time effectively and meet or beat deadlines.


Job Description
Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Project Management
Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, telephone, and written
Demonstrated skill with client management, time management, attention to deadlines, creative problem solving, and flexibility
Ability to anticipate client needs and respond accordingly
Critical thinking

Creative
- Must have eye for detail, creativity for directing others to create graphics, web and interactive content, video, and print media.

Video
- Supervise scripting, create storyboards and shotlists, produce/direct video shoots, supervise post production

Multimedia
- Produce multimedia aspects of web-based interactive distance learning programs, websites, mobile apps, assist with e-marketing

Technical skills
- Experience in Photoshop, inDesign, iBook Author, Final Cut, Avid, Premiere, DVD Encore or After Effects - nice to have but not a deal breaker
- Experience with video field production either as operator or producer a plus

Other Skills
- Social media / e-marketing experience a plus
- Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Job includes travel in the continental US including the occasional weekend.
