Graphic Designer

ExaroMed, a medical communications company based in Carmel Indiana, is looking for a full time employee, interested in graphic design work in the medical field and beyond.

ExaroMed is an eclectic group of creative talent who work primarily with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, orthopedic and medical device companies to communicate their most important stories and messages.
For over 10 years, we have used our first-hand industry experience to create and implement compelling marketing communication and training/educational initiatives that changes behavior in a positive way.
All of our work (strategy, content, creative design, animation, illustration, video, interactive, LMS, and web) is performed by our expert in-house staff. We strive on every project to be the best partner possible and deliver more than what is expected.
Whether our clients are trying to explain their product’s unique mechanism of action, communicate a novel therapeutic pathway, launch a new product, demonstrate a new surgical implant, or train/educate healthcare providers, sales teams or internal staff on disease state, product or corporate compliance – the ExaroMed team brings it all together in a seamless manner that makes your life easier.

We are looking for a self-motivated graphic design with good organization skills, not afraid to learn or try new things and a strong sense of design.
You would be required to:
- Understanding and create a company’s Design guidelines
- Be involved in numerous different types of medical communication designs including but not limited to: brochure design, pamphlet design, GUI (graphical user interface)design, Ad design, logo design, simple illustration, etc..
- Work in a team with illustrators, animators, interactive programmers and designers, marketing professionals and medical writers to create a larger vision and clear message through a variety of multimedia.
- Understand working for print, as well as digital work and formatting including design for Video, Desktop and mobile devices.

Proficiency in: Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are a must. We are on the current version of all this software.

Additional software skills are always helpful, plus a strong desire to learn new software and be self-motivated to find out about the latest software or try new media is always appreciated.
