Design Reactor Now Hiring Designers!

Design Reactor is currently seeking talented Designers who are creative problem solvers and excel in delivering visually stunning graphics, brilliant User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) and strong best practices. We’re looking for smart people who are well organized, highly responsible with great follow through and understand how to cultivate a good team rapport, manage their schedules and deliver an excellent internal customer experience by over delivering and under promising. These offshore individuals will be part of a U.S.-based design team whose direct report and creative lead will be based in the U.S. They will work closely with, as well as report to, and take direction from the U.S.-based creative lead to ensure that overall project and client objectives are being met.
Hours: Standard work hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pacific Time.

Job Responsibilities
• Create designs for mobile, web, and digital signage UI (user interface)
• Conceive and create motion graphics
• Estimate task completion dates and level of effort required for a project
• Implement projects from functional specs, wireframes and creative director input
• Participate in creative team meetings

Required Skills
• Cutting edge UI Design
• Amazing Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• After Effects and Flash motion graphics
• A never-ending creative drive
• Highly organized and excellent in following up in a timely manner
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Great working attitude
• Independent, self-starter

Key Points
• This is a work-from-home or remote position
• Must have a computer and at least 2 Mbps internet connection
• Must use Skype and have a solid VoIP internet phone connection
• Must have all necessary Adobe software to design UIs and motion graphics
